If stealth diving appeals to you then the PADI Semiclosed Rebreather
Diver - Drager Ray Specialty course will interest you. You can dive
nearly bubble free after you learn to use your semiclosed rebreather
- good for photography or just seeing aquatic life up close and personal.
What do I need to start?
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or PADI Open Water Diver
certification with proof of at least 10 logged dives beyond initial
training (or qualifying certification from another organization)
- PADI Enriched Air Diver certification (or qualifying certification
from another organization)
- Minimum age: 15 years old
What will I do?
The course introduces semiclosed rebreather dive planning, organization,
procedures and potential hazards, specifically focusing on the Drager
Ray semiclosed rebreather.
How long will it take?
- Recommended Course Hours: 24
- Minimum Open Water Training: three dives over a recommended two
days
