LifeGuard Training
Most Lifeguard courses teach only the basic fundamentals and minimum required subjects. Additional courses are available as add on's to a basic course for additional fees. Unfortunately, newly trained lifeguards choose not to take these additional courses simply because of time and money.
The Lifeguard course that is taught at this facility is an intense one week ( 7 Day ) course.
It includes several subject areas not offered in a basic course from most certification agencies. It includes home study, classroom work, and water rescue skills. This course is for the serious minded and not someone looking for a quick certification course. With that in mind, "DO YOU WANT TO BE A LIFEGUARD OR JUST BE CALLED A LIFEGUARD?".
